HB 2021 – Concerning the disposition of privately owned firearms in the custody of state or local government entities or law enforcement agencies.
Allows the state to order forfeiture of your firearm for mental instability, if your firearm was purchased commercially without proper permitting, if you were carrying in a place where a concealed pistol license was required and you did not have one…and a long list of other things. The bill also addresses what is to be done with firearms obtained through the “gun buy-back” programs we have been seeing around the state.

HB 2054 – Concerning bulk purchases and transfers of firearms
This bill would limit you to practicing your 2nd amendment right to purchase a firearm to ONCE every 30 days. Don’t worry, the state will keep track for you. Watch Washington Gun Law’s video on HB 2054: The Quota that Washington State Wants to Set On Your Constitutional Rights (youtube.com)

Our partner, William Kirk over at Washington Gun Law describes HB 2118 as the “most dystopian gun control law yet.” Watch his video on HB 2118: Washington’s Most Dystopian Gun Control Law Yet (youtube.com)
